Skills for the innovation
The New Skills Fund supports companies that choose to dedicate part of their working hours to the development of their employees’ skills. The contribution covers, within the limits set by the notice, the cost of hours allocated to training.
The measure accompanies organizational and productive changes mainly linked to digital transformation, ecological transition and innovation. Archademy supports the company in defining the training project and in the implementation of the planned paths.

The company signs a collective agreement that identifies the workers involved and reshapes part of the working time to allocate it to training. The scheduled hours are used to develop skills consistent with changes and business objectives.
The Fund grants the employer a contribution on the cost of hours dedicated to training courses, according to the percentages and conditions established by the notice. The company can thus invest in staff updating by reducing the economic impact of training.
